Don’t Worry Be Happy- We will accept returns of any stock furniture purchase no matter what the reason within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was delivered or picked up, otherwise return will be denied. Merchandise must be reasonably packed and wrapped in the original cartons/wrappings for items that you picked up. There is a 10% restocking and handling charge for items returned for reselect or refund. AS IS items are not eligible for this guarantee. Special order items are subject to a 20% restocking, handling and processing charge. Partial suite returns may be declined by EFO at our discretion if it jeopardizes the item’s marketability. Mattress Sets: For our mattress sets with a retail price of $599 or higher, you are eligible for an optional 14 night trial period. In order to qualify, you must purchase a nonrefundable mattress protection program from us. If you decide not to purchase this warranted protection program, there will be no trial period and you will not be able to return the mattress set for credit towards a reselect or refund. Mattress Trial Period: You must try the mattress set for at least 14 nights before you can reselect. If you are not satisfied with the comfort of your mattress after 14 nights, you must contact us prior to the 16th day to reselect and schedule pickup to qualify for credit on your mattress set. Mattress set must be picked up or returned no later than 20 days from date of original receipt for this option. Our delivery crew will do a mattress inspection at the time of pick up. Please note: They will not pick up your mattress set if it is stained or damaged during your trial period. If your mattress set is stained or damaged and is covered under your mattress protection program, you should file a claim with them. Please keep your warranty card and receipt as they will be required to file a claim. If you are a smoker, we ask that you refrain from smoking in bed during the trial period. You will be charged an appropriate fee if your mattress set must be cleaned to eliminate odor absorbed during the trial period. . If you meet the above criteria and choose not to reselect from us, we will refund your purchase price. We will not however refund the purchase price for the mattress protection program or other accessories such as bed pillows. Delivery and labor charges may not be refunded, redeemed or exchanged. There is a maximum of 1 reselection per purchase.
No Pushy Salespeople- Although this is certainly subject to interpretation, it is our intent that our furniture consultants (a.k.a salespersons) assist you professionally and personally in creating your dream home. If you feel that you are being pressured or coerced, please see our on duty manager. For your inconvenience and help, we will give you a certificate for dinner at a local dining establishment.
On Time Delivery- With the purchase of the Gold or Silver Delivery service plans, if your delivery does not arrive within the 3 hours time window assigned to your order, you will receive an in store credit equal to the amount of your delivery charge good towards any future purchase. Exceptions: Though every effort is made to deliver your purchase within the assigned time window, there are times when circumstances arise which are beyond our control and we may arrive either late or need to reschedule. Events such as Acts of God, weather conditions, roadway accidents, unannounced road closures, road construction and vehicle malfunctions are considered events beyond our reasonable control and not subject to refund of delivery fees. Events such as snowstorms and heavy rains may cause deliveries to be rescheduled in an effort to protect our employees from injury as well as to safeguard your purchase. We also retain the right to postpone delivery in cases where there is not clear, safe and reasonable access to and into your home.
Best Value – If a competitor within a 20 mile radius of an EFO store has an advertised price for the same exact item with the same terms of service including financing, delivery and after receipt home service for a lower price, we will refund the difference or, better yet double the difference in the form of an in store credit with no expiration. Close outs, contract bids, clearance, non stock items, employee discounts and ad errors do not apply.
We’ll Find It – Hard to find and unique items you have in mind may require us to search the industry for you. We have thousands of different pieces other than what we stock, that can be specially ordered for you through our suppliers. If we can not find what you are looking for from our source of vendors, we will search outside our sources as a courtesy to you. Since product searches can be time consuming, we will contact you generally within 72 hours once a request is made.
