Furniture Sales - Full and Part Time

We have a CAREER for you selling furniture. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with the willingness to work a flexible retail schedule. (Weekends a must, includes nights). Furniture and sales experience a plus but not necessary. We offer an extensive training program with pay plus commission (during training period). We are currently seeking full and/or part time furniture sales people for our Dunmore and/or Wilkes-Barre stores.

Delivery Driver

Delivery Associate is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through the safe, courteous and professional handling of the delivery of merchandise, making sure that it is delivered in showroom condition. Some of the duties include:

Deliver all merchandise as specified on the delivery paperwork in a timely, careful and courteous manner. Load trucks in a safe, efficient manner to ensure safe merchandise transport and successful deliveries. Deliver and set-up merchandise to customer homes in a professional manner.

Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy furniture 75+ lbs. Must have clean driver license. CDL Not required. Competitive compensation program with incentives and benefit package including Paid Time Off, Vacation, Qualified Retirement Plan and a generous employee discount for full time.

Qualified candidate must be friendly, and able to lift and maneuver heavy furniture 75+lbs. Position is very physical, and includes loading and unloading trucks, plus delivery and assembly of furniture in customers' homes. Can you assemble? Are you handy? Fit to lift minimum of 75 lbs or more? Pleasantly interact with public? Friendly? Must be able to read bill and ladings, pick list and tag furniture with minimal error. Available to work daytime schedule.
