Thank you for your purchase at EFO Furniture Outlet. Please be guided by the below listed terms and conditions for the sale. Any
deviations to these terms must be noted in the Special Instructions on the sales order. No verbal commitments will be honored.
CUSTOMER PICK UP:
Items may be picked up at our stores or our warehouse. Please call to confirm your order has arrived at the
location you chose. EFO cannot be liable for any damage caused to either your merchandise or vehicle due to handling, securing or
transporting your purchase. Items will only be held at store for 10 days before being returned to warehouse. A $20.00 “re-ship” fee will
be applied if we must send back to a store for your pick-up. Pick up of your orders may be done only during specified pick up hours and
days. You must advise us 4 days prior to requested pick up date so that your order may be prepared. You MUST have help to load and
secure your merchandise. Any assistance from our staff is at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for damage caused to your
merchandise or personal property due to handling, securing or transporting of your purchase. Upon receipt of your merchandise, you are
responsible for any damages that may occur. Notification within 24 hours is required for reporting any defect. Transportation and/or
home services are the responsibility of the consumer. EFO, at its discretion, will restore said furniture to merchantable quality by parts
replacement,repair or product exchange.
Delivery dates will only be scheduled with Paid in Full orders. Standard delivery is up to 2 flights of stairs. Full Service
Delivery will include set up of mirrors on dressers, bed assembly, table and chair assembly . We are not responsible for leveling
merchandise. Select items may be eligible for Economy Delivery which does not include unpacking or assembly. Assembly may be
available at current rates. Stock items (excludes clearance, special order and as is) that cannot fit into your home by reasonable means
will be returned. Delivery fees are not refundable and a 15% restocking fee will be applied for these returns. An in store credit will be
given for any remaining balance. If you are not home on a mutually agreed delivery date, you will be assessed the delivery charge. You
must have someone over 18 years old to accept delivery. Customer is responsible for a safe and clear pathway into the property and into
an unobstructed room for receipt of your order.
Notification within 24 hours is required for reporting any delivery damage or defect. EFO, at its discretion, will restore said furniture to
merchantable quality by parts replacement, repair or product exchange.
LAYAWAY for CLEARANCE AND AS IS:
We will hold these items for up to 30 days. A minimum of 20% deposit is required.
Orders not picked up or scheduled for delivery within 30 days are subject to a storage fee of 1% per day until order is taken or balance on
account is exhausted due to storage fees. An in store credit will be given for any remaining balance.
LAYAWAY for STOCK ITEMS:
A minimum of 10% down payment is required for layaways of stock items. A monthly payment
10% of the purchase price or $50 (whichever is greater) is required for layaways. Layaways for purchases up to $500 may not exceed 90
days and layaways above $500 may not exceed 180 days. Payments are due monthly. Failure to make monthly payments may result in the
cancellation or un-reserving of your order. Monthly storage fees of 3% of purchase price or $20 (whichever is greater) will be assessed
along with a $50 processing fee for any orders requiring cancellation or layaway extension. Storage fees will be assessed from the date of
bill of sale. Any remaining balance will be offered as an in store credit.
AS IS ITEMS:
These items have no warranty implied or expressed. All items should be inspected by you prior to executing this
agreement and any damages, defects or irregularities will be noted on the face of this document.
Special orders are any item that EFO does not keep as stocking inventory. Any change of fabric or color is a
special order. Purchases for items ordered especially for you require a minimum deposit of 1/3 or more of the total purchase price. EFO
assumes the responsibility only in delivering these items “to your door”. Items unable to fit into your home or room using our normal
delivery procedures will require additional charges. There is a 33 % processing and/or restocking fee for returned special orders. An in
store credit will be given for any remaining balance. Estimated time of arrival (ETA) is merely as average expected time. EFO is not
obligated to this estimate.
Stock items will have the manufacturer warranty as stipulated by manufacturer. EFO does not
warrant merchandise, however, we will assist you with any manufacturer warranty. Warranty service includes the repair or replacement
of defective parts in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. It does not cover wear and tear nor irregular or abusive use. Any in
home warranty service will be charged at the prevailing rate otherwise the item may be brought back to our store. Merchandise will NOT
be accepted without prior authorization from our service department. Call 1-800-665-4650. EFO is not responsible for any consequential
costs or damages.
If it is determined that service can not remedy a manufacturer defect, an exchange may be necessary. A usage fee of 3% per month will
be assessed from the original date of delivery for these cases.
Items sold “As Is” have no manufacturer warranty. Any showroom model (excluding As Is) will retain the manufacturer warranty for
internal components only.
ALL SALES FINAL:
Once this agreement is executed, you cannot cancel this sale. No refund, exchange or modification may be made.
No other terms or conditions will be valid unless it is in writing on the face of this document.
